Payment accepted in advance only, unless service area is within 40 miles and ground delivery by Heavenly Creations can be filled. This is the only time C.O.D. can be arranged. Please note paypal is accepted and is the preferred method. This ensures fast order fulfillment.
All items made for delivery upon order processing, never frozen. All items are specially packaged based on season/time of year/holiday.
Please note that shipping insurance above the UPS standard is optional, and will not be supplied unless paid for in advance. Without additional shipping insurance, Heavenly Creations by Melody will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred once the item has been submitted to UPS. Shipments will be packaged well and professionally in order to lessen the chance of mishaps during handling time.
Upon submission of an email address, the UPS tracking number will be sent to the buyer when the shipment is placed.
